Propaganda

The “Going Green” propaganda is EVERYWHERE. I know it’s because Earth Day is tomorrow, but can they shove this in our face more?? I am all for going green but geez. One example is an email marketing from Cooking.com I got with a subject line that read
“Earth-Friendly Recipes: Smart Seafood, Local Ingredients, Garden Herbs”.
I didn’t do too well this weekend on the veggie thing. I ate meat, **sigh** blasphemy! That’s ok though, as long as I am eating veggies 80% of the time, I’ll be ok.
It’s all a money making thing, not a one of them gives a damn about the environment. Like the commercial we saw last night where the company had this great organic idea… why save the environment and share it when you can use it to charge a premium for your product?
I’m all for saving the planet, but the self-righteous baloney makes me glad I own an SUV.
