House hunting

So there’s this great site called Trulia that we’ve been using to look for houses. I may have mentioned it before, I can’t remember, but I can spend hours surfing through this site. But anyway, I was posting because I came across an incredible house in the ideal location (Addison) for sale at way below what it should be. Although I did check the property value so it’s not that much more than what it’s appraised for, but it’s still cheap for what it is. I wonder what’s wrong with it. Maybe the neighborhood has gotten ghetto? Maybe it’s a foreclosure, I think that’s what the sign says? Maybe the owners never took care of it and it’s a dump. Oh well, it’s still a bit out of our price range.
