Winter weather is almost here

It’s supposed to be 36 degrees tomorrow with predicted wintry mix. WOOHOOO. I hope we get snowed in because I would sure love to work at home. Yesterday I drove all the way to Greenville and Lovers to get me some liquor since Sigels was having a 20% off sale. Since when did I become a drunk??? I spent over a hundred bucks “stocking” up. Got some tequila, amaretto, gran manier, baileys and some mixers. I guess there’s so much talk of drinking here at work, I felt the need to stock up. Anyway, I figure it’s better to save money by buying our own stock versus drinking out.
I’ve not been able to sleep the last 3 nights. I keep waking up at around 3 and going back to bed at 5. Last night was the worst. I woke up at 12:30 and didn’t go back to sleep till 5. I guess no matter what time I wake up I’m only allowed to fall asleep at 5 am. Anyway, so last night I had a total of 4 hours of sleep. I even took some sinus medicine before going to bed, but that didn’t help. Maybe I need some Ambien or something.
So the goal for tonight is be a bit productive. We need to get the tree up and decorate. I need to work on the album and do some Globeaware stuff. I guess it all depends on how tired I am. Maybe I can leave work at a decent hour since I only took a 20 minute lunch break.
