Our Married Life

Here’s the deal. I have way too many clothes. I don’t have any more closet space, or maybe I do, I’m just bad at organizing stuff. I keep going through junk and thinking about giving some away, but then after thinking about it, I tell myself, well maybe one day I’ll wear it. I just need to give it up! Same goes with the shoes. I wear ONE pair of shoes to work, everyday. Sometimes I add in flip flops. There are some dress shoes that I have that I may need to wear when I have to dress up, but there are some pairs that I haven’t worn or thought about wearing in years.

Brian had to get his car fixed the other week. 900 bucks gone. I had mine fixed a couple weeks ago 500 bucks gone. UGH. I think we both had the same issue too, something causing the coolant to leak.

I should be working on the album but I’m just not in the mood. I’m a bit brain dead today. Here’s a sample…

I think we plan on seeing The Departure sometime this weekend. It’s supposed to be good. Well it’s 6:22 and I’m still here.

Edit: I didn’t get home till 7:45 last night. I think I passed out asleep at 9pm or maybe even before that.

Last night I finally made use of some of our new baking stuff. I made dulce de leche cheesecake. It turned out quite yummy. Unfortunately I had to scour the town for a can of dulce de leche, I ended up at a Fiesta and bought 2 cans so I wouldn’t have to go back. One thing I did forget to add to the batter, and quickly realized when I was putting the pan into the oven, was milk. It still turned out alright, the only thing was that the cheesecake was a little flat. I should’ve used the smaller springform pan. Anyway, I wonder what I should make next…

So we’ve got a minor issue. A dog that likes to pee. Unfortunately we’ve made many attempts to housetrain her, but Reesey loves to pee in the house probably to spite us for not taking her out every 15 minutes. So we got some of the gift cards from Target and bought this.

Ok, so it’s not something I’m overly excited about because, really, who likes to clean? But at least it’s something useful. I’d much rather us get a bagless vacuum.

We’re also looking for a credenza. Why, I don’t know. I guess because we lack any type of drawer space. Maybe Brian should just get a new office desk for the office. That way we can store all our crap in the desk drawers versus buying some random piece of furniture for the living room.

I’m uploading all of them as we speak. People keep asking about them, dunno why we haven’t gotten around to sharing them. I was going to go through all of them and tag them with comments and stuff, but whatever, here they are…

We’re going to the TX/OU game tomorrow. Happy hour today at work. Woohoo. The work campaign I’ve been working on all week was out the door at midnight last night. Woohoo.

It’s Friday. It’s usually a quiet day for me at work, other than random stuff coming up that we have to scramble for before the end of week comes up. I hate Fridays, I’m always on edge but so ready to get out of work.

I can’t take this anymore. My head feels like it wants to explode. What’s the best remedy for sinus infections? I seriously need to get myself to a doctor. I hate this weather, when is it going to get cooler?? And can someone one please tell me what Coremetric tags are???

Today was not a good day. I’m ready for bed and the weekend.

Oh yeah. The thank you cards are in the mail. Finally! I’ve got 10 more I need to find addresses for. I’ll get to that soon, I hope.
