Our Married Life

So this website has received 85296 hits since September 05.� It averages 700 hits a day and about 1/3 of those are unique visitors.� I wonder who they are all.� I know this website has been linked by other bridal blogs which is cool, but hopefully I’m able to provide ideas.� Anyway, if you were to google any of the vendors I’ve listed ever, we’d be in the top 5 google searches and for some even the 1st one of the list.�

Ok, so I’m bored. I start my new job tomorrow which I’m excited about and kinda anxious, I’ve been really bored the last 10 days staying at home with nothing to do.� Of course I accomplished nothing except being able to tidy up a bit on Friday.� I didn’t do any shopping, I slept in till 10 am and sat around with my laptop and the dog sleeping next to me.� Now I must get back into my old routine.� I wonder what time I have to be at work tomorrow?� I’ll just make it 8 or 8:30 to be safe.�

I’ve been looking through ebay a ton.� I found some cute flower girl baskets and other veils.� I’m thinking for the veils I might just borrow Yi’s.� Her’s were simple and the right color.� It could be my something borrowed.� As for the something blue, I was thinking of glueing blue rhinestones to the bottom of my shoes in the shape of the wedding date or initials.� I dunno.

I need to get the invitations done.� My mom�keeps hounding me for it.� I’ve got the actual invitations designed.� I just need to work on the response card, maps, and hotel information.� Am�I missing anything?

I had my first fitting today.  Becky said she’s going to have to take my dress down 5 sizes, holy moly.  I didnt lose that much weight, did I?  It felt great though because when I first bought the dress, it was a little snug.  Becky’s awesome and she’s doing all the alterations for 85 bucks!!!  I love my bustle too.  I still think the train is too long though, but she says it’s very pretty and since we’re going to bustle it up for the reception it wont matter anyway.  She told me I can’t lose more than 5 more pounds, and if I happen to lose more than that, we’re going to have to get it altered again, BUT I can’t go down more than 2 sizes after that.  It’s ok, I dont mind getting a new dress or getting it altered again if it comes down to that.  Although I have been having trouble the last few weeks so it might not be an problem, which would be a shame.

This past weekend was Brian’s family reunion.  We asked Emma, his 4 year old cousin, to be our flowergirl.  She was being bashful and shook her head no.  Unfortunately for her she’ll still have to do it ;-).  I guess it just depends on her mood that day, but I already bought the dress!  I got at celebrations from the Sam Moon shopping center.  There are actually two stores in that area that sells flowergirl dresses and mini tuxedos.  All in a reasonable price and so very cute.  The one I got is white with a sash that ties around the back and a white flower in the front.  Plain and simple. 

Also thanks for the prayers for Brian’s test yesterday.  It turned out normal, thank goodness for that.  Hehe, it was so funny seeing him completely out of it because of the anesthesia.  I swears he doesn’t remember a thing. 

Anyway, I’m working on the invitations right now.  I need to take the paper samples to Staples to see if they can print them.  I don’t think they’ll have a problem with these.  Unfortunately though, they can’t print on vellum, which I was planning on using for the map and hotel information.  I guess we can always print those at home.
